Stay. at the Triad Theater: Scott Adsit, Todd Cerveris, Danielle Ferland and Julia Murney.

The four come into a company that already rotates, with different performers on different nights. They join Seth Rudetsky, Jordan Matthew Brown, Gizel Jiménez, Angela Reed and A.J. Shively, and the production’s online calendar shows who is on for each date.

Adsit is best known for television comedy: he played producer Pete Hornberger across the run of 30 Rock, appeared in Veep, and voices Baymax in Disney’s Big Hero 6. He also wrote, produced, directed and voiced Adult Swim’s Emmy-winning Moral Orel.

Cerveris has Broadway credits in South Pacific and Twentieth Century, and wrote Let Me Spell It Out For You, which premiered Off-Broadway. He has toured with War Horse, Spring Awakening and Twelve Angry Men.

Ferland was in the original Broadway companies of two Sondheim musicals, Sunday in the Park with George and Into the Woods; the second brought her a Theatre World Award and a Drama Desk nomination. Her later Broadway work includes All My Sons, The Crucible and A Year with Frog and Toad.

Murney played Elphaba in Wicked and Queenie in The Wild Party, a role that earned her a Drama Desk nomination; a second nomination came for Falling.

Javerbaum, a 13-time Emmy winner and two-time Grammy winner who spent 11 years as head writer and an executive producer of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, built the evening from monologues voiced by dogs. Their subjects run from bath time and open car windows to police work and the etiquette of the sniff. His earlier stage comedy, An Act of God, grew out of his @TheTweetOfGod account and reached Broadway with Jim Parsons.

Richard Israel directs. Mark F. Kaplan produces through 30 Minutes From Broadway Entertainment, in association with Julius Gaudio. Casting is by Stephanie Klapper, C.S.A., and Aidan Cleary and Labhaoise Magee of Fair Play Productions are the general managers.

News From Broadway has followed the production from its first announcement through its original casting, the first production photos and Seth Rudetsky’s November dates.

The Dog Show: Come. Sit. Stay. runs at the Triad Theater, 158 West 72nd Street. Tickets are $49–$99, and performance times and the nightly cast schedule are on the production’s website.
