First look at the company of A Few Good Men as Lincoln Center Theater's Broadway revival begins previews

Photo by Emilio Madrid Lincoln Center Theater has released the first photograph of the full company of A Few Good Men, hours before the first-ever Broadway revival of Aaron Sorkin's military courtroom drama plays its first preview at the Vivian Beaumont Theater tonight, October 8.

The picture, taken by Emilio Madrid, lines the company up in uniform across a stage of steel stairways and gantries, and it arrives as the clock starts on a deliberately short run. The production is booked for 13 weeks only: opening night is Thursday, October 29, and the final performance is Sunday, January 10, 2027, which leaves the revival a little over ten weeks after the reviews land in which to sell its seats.

Tom Blyth makes his Broadway debut as LTJG Daniel Kaffee, the Navy lawyer who would rather plead a case out than try it. Outer Critics Circle Award winner Krysta Rodriguez plays LCDR JoAnne Galloway, and Emmy winner Bradley Whitford is LtCol Nathan R. Jessep. Tony Award winner Michael Arden directs.

Kaffee is handed the defense of two young Marines charged with murder, and Galloway, set on proving the pair innocent, will not let him take his usual quick deal. The evidence they follow points to a cover-up, and from there to a confrontation with the whole chain of command.

The wider company is Stephanie Berry (CAPT J. A. Randolph), Nick Blaemire (LTJG Sam Weinberg), Michael Braugher (Cpl Jeffrey Howard), Christopher Gurr (CDR Walter Stone), Billy Eugene Jones (CAPT Isaac Whitaker), Collin Kelly-Sordelet (PFC Louden Downey), Shunté Lofton (Orderly), Michael Oberholtzer (Capt Jack Ross), Lavel Schley (LCpl Harold W. Dawson), Thom Sesma (Maj Matthew Markinson), Daniel Velez (PFC William T. Santiago) and John Zdrojeski (1stLt Jonathan Kendrick). Brendan Behm, Alex Ekker, Drew Elhamalawy, Miles Fowler, Quentin Nguyen-duy and Stephen Michael Spencer play the Marines and military personnel, with Peter Bradbury, Tim Creavin, Mahira Kakkar and Austin Phillips as understudies.

Behind the scenes are Dane Laffrey (scenic design), Alejo Vietti (costume design), Japhy Weideman (lighting design), Joshua D. Reid (sound design), Cookie Jordan (hair and wig design), Ricky Ubeda (movement director), Gabriel Mann (original music), Kate Wilson (voice coach) and The Telsey Office (casting), with Charles Means as production stage manager.

Lincoln Center Theater produces in association with No Guarantees Productions, Tom Kirdahy, Kevin Ryan, Lamar Richardson and Mary Sullivan. The Vivian Beaumont Theater is at 150 West 65th Street. Tickets are on sale at LCT.org, by phone on 212-239-6200 and at the Lincoln Center Theater box office.
