Kyle Beltran and Adam Chanler-Berat return as the pair at its center when performances start October 20 at the Astor Place Theatre, with the engagement running through November 15.

The new home is the G1 space at the Astor Place Theatre, 434 Lafayette Street, which becomes the apartment for this run. Opening night is November 2. The room still holds only a small audience, around 30 people a performance, so tickets are scarce; they start at $79.

Created by Billy McEntee and directed by Ryan Dobrin, the piece invites the audience in for one evening at the home of Kaplan (Chanler-Berat) and Teddy (Beltran), who share a rent-controlled downtown apartment where they work, trade gossip and make plans. Its most recent Brooklyn run was May 26–June 26, and The New York Times called it "exquisite."

Clint Ramos designs the set and costumes. Nick Auer is lighting designer and co-sound designer, Dan Kuan Peeples is video designer and co-sound designer, and Samantha Shoffner handles set decoration and props. Isabelle Chirls is associate director and Damayanti Wallace is production stage manager.

Lombardo & Zell Productions (Sam Lombardo and Adam Zell), Patrick Catullo, Clint Ramos and No Guarantees Productions produce in association with the two actors, with Shira Friedman and Sandro Lorenzo as associate producers. Tickets are on sale through the production's website, SlantedFloors.com.
