SIX will hold a Spirit Week at the Lena Horne Theatre from November 9–13, with three themed nights for fans. The musical has 94 performances left before it closes on Broadway on January 3, 2027.
Each event is tied to a regular performance of the show, and taking part requires a ticket for that night.
Monday, November 9: Bring Your Own Crown Night. Audience members are asked to arrive in a crown of their own, and the production says it will have crowns on hand for anyone who comes without one. Tony nominee Christiani Pitts hosts the evening. Pitts is currently in Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York) on Broadway and played Ann Darrow in King Kong.
Thursday, November 12: Chloe’s Court: Taking Back the Microphone. Chloe Lukasiak, known from Lifetime’s “Dance Moms” and the author of Girl on Pointe: Chloe’s Guide to Taking on the World, leads a post-show conversation with the Queens about performing, sisterhood and finding a voice.
Friday, November 13: Rep Your Queen Night and Costume Contest. Fans can come dressed as a favorite Queen, or in her signature color, and compete for prizes. The contest is judged by Amanda Jenks, the production’s associate costume designer.
The current Broadway Queens are Najah Hetsberger as Catherine of Aragon, Chloe Tucker Caine as Anne Boleyn, Natalie Paris as Jane Seymour, Aimie Atkinson as Katherine Howard, Olivia Donalson as Anna of Cleves and Stephanie Jae Park as Catherine Parr. Paris and Atkinson were both in the original UK cast. The alternates are Lauryn Adams, Sierra Fermin, Julia McLellan and Aiyana Smash.
Written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, and co-directed by Moss and Jamie Armitage, the musical opened at the Lena Horne Theatre, then still the Brooks Atkinson, on October 3, 2021. It has since played to more than two million people, become the longest-running show in the theater’s history and reached 39th place on the list of Broadway’s longest runs. Its 35 awards include the 2022 Tony Award for Best Original Score.
The Spirit Week nights come shortly after the production’s final Broadway Sing-Along on October 29. Away from New York, the national tour resumes in Baltimore on October 25.
The Lena Horne Theatre is at 256 West 47th Street. Tickets for the Spirit Week performances and the rest of the run are available on the SIX tickets page.
