O'Donnell's Broadway credits include Grease and Fiddler on the Roof. She has hosted the Tony Awards three times, winning an Emmy Award for it, and was given the Isabelle Stevenson Award in 2014. Her stage credits also include the solo show Common Knowledge, which played twelve sold-out performances at the Daryl Roth Theatre Off-Broadway.
The company at Studio 54 includes Jake Shears as Frank-N-Furter, Lorna Courtney as Janet, Kevin McHale as Brad, Amber Gray as Riff Raff, Jimin Moon as Rocky, George Salazar as Eddie/Dr. Scott, Sherie Rene Scott as Magenta and Valentina as Columbia, with Renée Albulario, Anania, Boy Radio, Tassy Kirbas, Preston Perez, Caleb Quezon, Andres Quintero, Larkin Reilly, Paul Soileau and John Yi.
Sam Pinkleton directs, with choreography by Ani Taj and music supervision by Kris Kukul. The revival began previews on March 26, 2026 and opened on April 23. It carries nine Tony Award nominations, including Best Musical Revival.
The production broke the Studio 54 house record in the week ending June 28, 2026, taking $1,215,225, and is now the highest-grossing production to play the theater. It has been extended twice, and is on sale through Sunday, February 28, 2027 at Studio 54, 254 West 54th Street.
