In Toronto, the North American tour of Hell's Kitchen takes on two new leads on October 13. Myia Ann Butler joins as Ali, the teenager at the center of the Alicia Keys musical, and Emily Kristen Morris as Jersey, her mother, midway through the tour's run at the CAA Ed Mirvish Theatre.
The Toronto engagement runs through October 25 at the Ed Mirvish, 244 Victoria Street. Roz White (Miss Liza Jane), Desmond Sean Ellington (Davis) and JonAvery Worrell (Knuck) continue in the company.
The tour is in its second year on the road, and the new leads will carry it back into the United States straight after Toronto. It plays Shea's Buffalo Theatre October 27–November 1, the West Herr Auditorium Theatre in Rochester November 3–8 and the Landmark Theatre in Syracuse November 10–15, then the Hippodrome in Baltimore November 17–22 and the National Theatre in Washington, D.C., November 24–December 6. Later stops include the Academy of Music in Philadelphia January 5–17, 2027, Dallas, Houston and Nashville, with the route continuing into the spring.
