Tituss Burgess brings a one-night concert to 92NY on October 26

Tituss Burgess Tituss Burgess takes the stage at 92NY for one night only on Monday, October 26, at 7:30 p.m. in An Evening with Tituss Burgess. Tickets start at $55.

The program mixes musical theater with songs Burgess counts among his own favorites, with Dan Garmon as music director at the piano. It is part of 92NY’s Tisch Music 2026/27 season.

His most recent Broadway role was Mary Todd Lincoln in Cole Escola’s comedy Oh, Mary!, and his other Broadway credits take in Moulin Rouge! The Musical, The Little Mermaid, Guys and Dolls, Jersey Boys and Good Vibrations. Off-Broadway, he created Center of the YOUniverse and starred in it with Jane Krakowski at the Minetta Lane Theatre. He has also written a musical version of The Preacher’s Wife, based on the 1996 film, which premiered at the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta.

A six-time Emmy nominee, Burgess is best known on screen as Titus Andromedon in the Netflix comedy Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. His next screen projects are the feature The Cat in the Hat and the series Barbershop and Elephant & Piggie.

The concert lands a few weeks before his return to Broadway as the angel Clarence in It’s A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play at the Broadhurst, which opens on November 18.
